Pastor Scottie and Brandy Hall exemplify the life and love of Christ. After graduating from Brownsville Revival School of Ministry in 2002, Brandy met and married Scottie in 2004.
Scottie, who worked in sales for over 20 years, once struggled with alcohol and drugs before experiencing God’s transforming power—a testimony that ultimately led him to full-time ministry.
Together, Scottie and Brandy began serving in 2005 as Children’s Pastors and Youth Leaders. In 2015, Scottie began preaching and later founded Clover Mission in 2016. Known for his transparent, down-to-earth preaching style, Scottie has a deep passion to reach the lost, offer hope, and disciple others to do the same.
Brandy serves as the Director of the WHS Homeschool Co-op and leads the Women’s Ministry at Clover Mission. She is dedicated to teaching and inspiring women to discover their purpose and grow closer to God.
As proud parents of five children—four adopted—the Halls understand the joy and energy of a busy family life. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, swimming, and family movie nights.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
The Bible, the Holy word(s) of a Living, Holy God, was not only free from error in the originals (which have been lost for centuries) but also we believe God in His singular providential care has KEPT HIS INSPIRED WORD(s), INERRANT, INFALLABLE and PRESERVED all through the ages, right down to the present day as found in the King James Bible (AV1611). We consider this BIBLE (The King James AV 1611) our final and absolute authority, above and beyond all other authorities on earth (Psalms 12:6-7; Matthew 24:35; II Corinthians 2:17; Philippians 2:16; II Timothy 3:15-17; I Peter 1:25; Revelation 22:18).
